The Section 8 Letter for the thirty (30) day notice to vacate must be sent to your local public housing authority. It is mailed anytime that a section 8 tenant is provided with an eviction notice. The notice must be attached to the letter and sent via certified mail. In order to fill out the form you will need the following information: Landlord’s name, address, phone number, Tenant’s name, address of the rental property, the specific housing authority, the address to the housing authority, the date the notice was posted, and the date the notice expires.
